I underwrite deals conservatively so you might see other people say more than that, but I'd rather be pleasantly surprised than disappointed. 

I somehow knew this guy would not disappoint. 

Sometimes people get fixated on becoming an accredited investor and feel disappointed that they can't participate in those deals.

Disappointed but it is what it is and i will just write it off lol. 

Craig could be a good resource, but I feel that's where you get the most disappointment as well.

Two people we have tried have unfortunately been disappointing so we're reaching out to see if anyone else has any good experiences with a different person or company.

The tenant hasn't paid rent since December 2022.Here are a few other changes that are extremely disappointing.• 120-day written notice needed before increasing rent. - The previous min of 60-days was plenty.

I did express my disappointment many times in lack of communication and it improved a bit after closing.

I’m definitely pretty disappointed and bummed out as this was our first property and I was super excited to get this investing journey started by house hacking until we can afford another property.
