With today's technology driven culture I think a lot of people will use it to go straight to my web site instead of putting the letter down and logging onto the computer.

Who knows why maybe it's a cultural thing or she has other stresses going on and she is scapegoating a little.

I believe there has been a cultural change I have seen in the last 15 years or so, there's a bit of lip and disrespect to their team mates at times, not all but many. 

We joined a group before we found the mentor we're with now- paid a large sum of money, and didn't get what we were promised so make sure that you really know the character and culture of the mentor/group you're joining.  

Now that we have all these ladies here with different backgrounds, ethnicities, and cultures together, what's next? 

There are historic parts of these areas with authentic culture and people and then there are pockets that you want to avoid.   

No amount of success stories, no number of impossible situations that Agents are not equipped to handle, no logical attack on flawed equity stripping logic or questioning if I was "ethically" obligated to offer top dollar (I'm not, you're not, heck, they don't even do it in retail) could slake the hate or turn the tide of an entrenched culture.

. Restaurants and bars have a hard time surviving, and i think you’re going to Have to wait until all of these nerds’ kids grow up and start rebelling to see a real culture start develop there.

I'm excited to see how WFH culture changes and grows the STR industry here in WA and elsewhere...
