Typically, in crowdfunding, you go thru a portal and the crowd funding site, you may have one initial call w/the sponsor and that's it.  

I locate properties on MLS.com and various real estate marketing portals.

@Daniel Haberkost@Dennis Cosgrave@Mike McCarthy thanks for the tips.. i'm just thinking..I may give a try in building some small tool like a utility portal to show all the utilities per door and household and to just set alerts if it ever goes overused.

Do you think an assistant that sorts your utilities every month would be useful even if it was a separate portal than what you use for rent payments?

I will follow up with the property manager and shore up the finer details like that, that may not be covered in the handbook.I am having my agent run comps and that is a really great tip about seeing if my agent can view or even set it up in our portal to look at older listings as well.
