They also will be liable for any capital gains.On the flip side of the coin, in the event that there is a lawsuit against the property owner, because of an injury on the property for example, having the property in an LLC can be an added form of protection against your personal assets.My best advice for you is to seek the counsel of a real estate attorney to see what form of property ownership is in your best interest.

Also - my favorite feature here- be sure to set up some Keyword Alerts for some of the topics you are knowledgeable about, or other topics that interest you (like online business, Massachusetts, coins, etc ) so you'll be notified that those words were mentioned in the forums and can jump into those conversations!

With higher interest rates I can't see the demand staying high...combine that with some layoffs, people not working from home, credit increasing, savings decreasing, these retail investors taking a huge L in the stock market/crypto and the demand has got to dry up a good bit, or a lot bit in some "overpriced markets" - florida, smokies, austin, bay area etc.

I believe the economy isn't great forward looking so with my financial situation, I'm extremely satisfied to sell and hold that money/use it for making an Airbnb at my current residence's basement in Asheville... and dare I say, buy crypto soon :P Wish me luck.
