@David Krulac In 2017 we have already replaced the waste-side plumbing (to the lateral) in one property - after one of our trades poked his finger through a 4" cast-iron elbow (45) while tapping on it.  

Ironically, most of my hobbies have become an income source in some fashion.

Hello, I don't have any experience with cast iron tubs, from these photos are you able to tell if this is a "definite replace now" situation or a "its just a gamble if you keep them" situation? 

He got very heated, wanted to meet in the desert, bring my favorite shootin' iron and we'd have this out. 

Ironic that I posted this morning and was then out on a job talking with my electrician . he is working for an out of state  GC , who has traveling subs .

I'm sure that Clayton hunts for food and brings it back to Natalie to eat...It's also ironic that media people are criticizing children's excessive use of online media.
