After I got to walk the property for the first time, I learned that the cell tower easement lease has been sold, so now the extra income is not there but the building has the towers I can not remove or demo the building.

Bathroom Reno - Scope of Work :Demo - Remove existing vanity, lighting, bath accessories, wall tile, cement board, down to wood studs- Remove and salvage toilet Drywall / Texture / Paint- Patch and repair drywall where we required with MR board for wet areas.

We've still got 100-200 on a sink and probably another 400ish on a dishwasher (that I will likely install myself), and we saved about 600 doing the demo ourselves.

Even for an experienced contractor, it would be wild speculation even attempting to figure out a purchase price unless they are willing to go land value minus demo costs.
