PATLive Any info?

Has anyone utilized PATLive or another company similar? If so what was your experience? If you decided not to why

They advertise on BP and I'm considering the opportunity to give them my business. Any input prior to me doing so would be helpful.

Yes. The company is a piece of crap. It’s a fraud. They treat their employees like crap and break laws. If you want your customers to be treated like shit, then by all means.

BP peeps,

Took action and started my free trial with PATLive. Thus far everything has been smooth. I've created scrips for them to follow and have configured the call forwarding to ring their office prior to tenants reaching my voicemail.

Thank you for the info! Checked out the demo and it was very "Call taker" like. YES! I know a call center is exactly what I'd be paying for but I was hoping for a little more.

It really depends what you're after. If you're just looking for basic data collection they can work great. I've had a few friends forward us emails of reports and ask us to go meet with sellers for them. (Guys who were getting out of Real Estate investing but had already spent the $$)

The downside when we were digging through the "leads" was inconsistency in how things were filled out. There were also areas that them digging a tad more would have been huge. Ex: How much would you like to sell for? Having "As much as I can" as your regular result wasn't great. If you go on their site they have a demo of a "Real Estate" call. Check that out and decide if you're happy with how it was handled.

Positives: They're always there and cheap.

It really just comes down to what data you're looking for and how you'd like your calls handled.
