The host had their personal belongings in the closets, cabinets were stuffed with mismatched and chipped dishes and pots and pans, spice jars and inside cabinets were filthy, no tin foil, plastic wrap, washer/dryer soap.

Keep it protected with some of the plastic wrap protectors until you're ready to show the home.

Modern wire has plastic insulation, which doesn't go bad. 

There are bigger fish to fry than the minor bill, and for now the furnace is working.

Thanks @Larry Fried I used to live and work in Eugene a few years ago.

I am looking at a house today that the lead was e-mailed to me from a realtor late Fri night and I thought I was special.  

You can find a mortgage broker who was a fry cook at a drive-in last year or a car sales man and to obtain an originators license they only take a 20 hour course to be a RMLO!

Going to build 3 more this yr. closing on a 6 property deal next fri.
