The bank will be issued a "supplemental bill" that will be from your date of possession and catch things up.

I'm only 30 ( so I have time to recover from my mistakes or acts of God) and I am actively seeking to grow my Real Estate portfolio to supplement my retirement income, but I want to make wise choices with out being too conservative.

My first 4 houses got me to the $3k/mo, now I am in the process of supplementing those stable investments with lower quality rentals that offer higher yield.

Supplemental features like laundry machines, vending machines, provide extra income not likely in SFH.4.

Do you use someone local to supplement what they can't do live?

No reason to be at the bottom supplementing your tenants rent.
