Comfortable pack, synthetic sleeping bag, sil-nylon or plastic tarp, wind pants and jacket, fleece, winter hat, wicking layer top & bottom, 2 lighters, little ziploc with a handful of firestarters (I'm lazy), water filter, pocketknife, string, small first aid kit, bug dope, water bottle, led headlamp.

I can't remember the name of the program but I remember in 7th grade it was Poore Brothers Potato chips, which is ultimately owned by a larger corporation that owns several brands(look up inventure group) and 8th grade was a smaller organization but very impressive when you learn about the guy, Hazelwoods enterprises.

I have yet to see a Environmental minded  improvement that wasn't either initially cost prohibitive or the pay back time line was unrealistic.I am a senior citizen and although I accept climate change is real and the cause is obvious I am not deluded into thinking a band aid on the symptoms is of any value.

he apparently did a closing on his own with some sort of trust  Maybe he drank the land trust cool aid.. now he is going to sell it and no one will insure it because they did not like the way he came into title.I said well just get the old seller to resign.. he said not possible..
