Hi all, My wife and I are currently considering a relocation for a new job opportunity in the Southeast.

I understand you have to comply with zoning regulations but surprisingly there are a decent amount of websites that already have the road mapped out for most of where you can go.My wife and I have family all over the south east and we would like to restrict our investments to the same area (for now).Any thoughts, comments, questions, experience, please feel free to post below!

I finally found a broker I liked working with - Michael Morrison at Midcoast Properties - and we worked together for about 4 months looking at deals across much of the southeast US - he brought me deals to look at as they came to market and I continued to look on my own as well and passed these deals I saw on to him and he contacted the listing brokers on my behalf.  

A traffic ticket is handled through the mail versus traffic court which nothing but a money grab.Communities that are affluent and been that way for 100 years approach problems way different than just places that are nice now because a developer built some new houses.What this SALT tax is doing is basically making high-income States in the MW, Northeast, and West support lower income States even more in the Southeast and Southwest.
