The client and the portfolio he is building will be located in Riverside county. 

I'd suggest giving a a look to Warren County (Glens Falls specifically) as there's a lot of money currently pouring into the area.

I would appreciate any referrals to a low cost locksmith in the Riverside / Moreno Valley area.

There's just so much demand here, I think voucher holders have been pushed more to outlying counties (San Bernardino especially, Riverside too) over the past 15 years or so. 

I have started looking into the buy and hold markets of Troy, Schenectady, and Glens Falls.I recently went to Greece and had such an amazing experience that it completely changed my view on life.
