Rental Portfolio Accountant Needed

Hello Everyone,

I have a client that is looking to start building his rental portfolio, he will have his first income property this year and would like to work with an accountant that has experience with income producing properties. 

The client and the portfolio he is building will be located in Riverside county. 

Can anyone recommend of an accountant with that kind of specialty?
