Just keep checking your crystal balls after reading the news, I will keep pushing forward doing deals and adjusting to the changing market conditions as I have done for 15 years now. 

.  :-)  However, I'm crystal clear that all the experienced foreclosure-auction buyers in NH close as quickly as possible after auction to avoid this and BK issues in NH as Richard mentioned.  

So long as you get the terms & conditions crystal clear, and understand the interest free periods on the cards, you can't go wrong.

Hence, although this falls under the "lack of knowledge" bucket, the related element is the "lack of drive" that would eventually lead to that knowledge, which a few posters already dissected in the posts above.In the beginning it started with the "why", crystallized by some flavor of a life changing paradigm shift, fueled by the drive. one needs that to act into knowing what one can and cannot do.

@Crystal Denmon about 4 months from when we started construction. a and c) sewer and water were tied into the main house line and submetered. underground inspection happened right away b) gas took the longest - we had to get final inspection and releases before they'd hang the manifold and then the meter - luckily we didn't need to install a larger line from the street d) they were fast.

Believe me, every investor tries to get the same information, a crystal ball per se.
