I would agree with those who have said to: not put ANYTHING on the internet (you said you've changed your name and other identifying information); and also, seek your own counsel, and if you can't afford it, you need to really communicate with the counsel your insurance carrier has provided.I won't go into graphic details, but I will say (as someone else alluded to above); people can seek whatever amount they want to; however, that does NOT mean that's what it will settle at.

Or, how about, originating broker confirms good insurance at origination, borrower transfers title without informing lender or originating broker, and without naming new owner as primary insured on hazard insurance policy, property burns to the ground, insurance carrier denies claim because named insured no longer owns the property.

I have a few xmas tree farms insured and I know that all of those insurance carriers would not be willing to have the policy overlap into a real estate biz.If the RE biz leased back the farm to you as a tenant, that could work.
