I suppose Google street view could make one less sensitive to neighborhood conditions, but I think any local would probably consider anything around Coit Road to be deep ghetto.

Unless you've gone through the process of closing deals, they aren't good to start with because they are time sensitive and when you make a mistake, especially if you do assignments, you could get in trouble.
