I'd take another 200K and just dedicate to my own fix and flips here in Indy.I'm a car guy and I'd take 100K and dedicate it to flipping old muscle cars which I have a history of.I'd take another 100K and put it some deals as a LP.Then us the reserves as needed

We are going to slow travel in our dream RV (yet to be acquired and one of the reasons I continue to work) until we tire of it then we can decide to return home and move into our awaiting SFH, or perhaps sell it, all of it etc... who knows as that is years out.We may do a flip or two down the road if we get bored, our skill set is there and we enjoy rehabbing homes, but we would look into that AFTER we relax a bit.

@Jordan Workman nice work exercising your "deal analyzing muscle" - practice makes perfect, and being able to quickly vet the financials on these deals is an essential skill for any investor.
