In 2020, Covid19 hit the world, and Big Bear Lake is one of the most popular tourist destinations during this period.

For short-term opportunities, Kemah is just down the road and definitely more of a tourist destination.

So, I want leverage and this is why I have invested in other international destinations before Colombia.

Investing is a journey, not a destination.
