Landscaping is minimal too, so the front of the house doesn't meet the 'curb appeal' threshold for people to go past the first photo.  

The kitchen remodel and dining room & office addition made the home popular even though her curb appeal is less than desirable.

Other things that stand out to me that might be hurting you is the lack of curb appeal - the front porches aren't covered and there's not landscaping (though the grass in the photos is so green, which looks great!).

However, having said that, the building actual location has many positives - it is relatively close to the downtown area, is fairly secluded, has nice curb appeal, right by a very good school, on a main road - a lot of things you would actually want in a building.

I thought someone on this forum would have some good ideas of how to triage the aesthetics/curb appeal, perhaps even someone that would like to invest in the flip and split the profits.

The property is in a very good well-maintained older location and had a lot of curb appeal.

In NJ, you must store the items for 30 days, but in FL - everything goes to the curb once the tenant is removed.
