In fact, that knowledge could be screaming at you "not to invest here". 

So here is my first deal, not an amazing cash cow, or super screaming deal but I see it as a good deal for my long term goals.

As others have noted, you’re unlikely to find a screamingly great deal on Roofstock, but I found a property I felt might be decent in the Pittsburgh.
