Any advice on a upper division “class” on REI to put the pieces together?

I would think a person working for HUD in this division wouldn't be affiliated with homes owned by HUD, but I could be mistaken.

On Druid hill and Division you better be very picky about which blocks you choose.

A quick google search on the group or Matt Miller who runs that division should populate some info.

If you call your state’s real estate licensing division and give them the name of the company they will tell you who the broker is.  

Thank you They are a wholesale lender and you can't go to them direct as they have no retail division.  

You may also want to check with the marketing divisions of the credit bureaus but I believe they are only tracking the tenants who have evictions, not the owners.

There are lots of places where a {usually converted} duplex sits on a single parcel of land with a single PIN - particularly if the division is over/under rather than side-by-side.That said, if the property is a functioning student rental, then perhaps it's best and highest use is as a student rental, but managed a little better.
