List source locating recent evictions

Each state is a little different, but it shouldn't be hard to find the court or courts in your area that handle evictions (unlawful detainers). Note that it is a civil action, so check those dockets, not criminal. Depending on your court you may find some basic info online, like the names of the parties involved, though probably not the property address. To get the address you may have to do an owner search in public records - we don't offer that in your area yet, but RealQuest (sister product to Listsource from CoreLogic) is an option if you can't look it up at the county assessors office or website. Bottom line, it is almost certainly doable, and almost never easy. But if it were easy, everyone would do it, and it would no longer be as good an opportunity. Such is life.
