So I’m looking into purchasing CRM software to keep my business organized and from what I’ve looked at on YouTube demos REI.Solutions seems to have the best platform and my question to BiggerPockets members is has or is anyone using the REI.Solutions platform and what are your thoughts on it?

I spoke to a demo contractor and they estimated that demolition of the interior could be anywhere from $60k-$100k and could be as much as $200k if there are environmental issues (Asbestos) which there assuredly are.

So, if I chose to stay with wood, I'd have to match it (or perhaps attempt to preserve some of the original siding before demo).- My original budget called for paint (estimates 3-5k, as opposed to siding 12-15k).

Are you going to use a handyman type that can do the entire job start to finish or multiple trades, like a demo labourer to scrap all the old stuff, plumber to do the tub and piping, and a tile guy to patch and finish whatever the aftermath is.
