I'm a licensed architectural engineer with 8 years of experience practicing mechanical, plumbing and fire protection design in Baltimore, DC and the surrounding areas.

I work for a construction manager and my background/degree is in architecture so I am able to design and build a home myself for alot cheaper than what it would cost me to buy, or pay a contractor to build. 

I work as an architecture designer, so almost the same field but not quite tho  !

The houses have nice old architecture, many streets lined with big shade trees but it's the people that are doing all these things making the city badAt this point I'm thinking now that prices have gone up a bit I can actually get something maybe I should get out and put my money somewhere safer with a better return like...idk Syria!

The house is also in the Historic District (built in 1868) and has stunning architectural charm on the outside  with a renovated interior.Also, agree with Sean on being super prepared.

I had an issue with the contractor and obtaining the architectural plan for the attic initially but I resolved it but it affected the timeline of getting the permit from the city which pushes us behind when it comes to completing the project.

have your reached out to charlie from terramark homes.. he was a good source for me a couple years ago. otherwise I would recommend any "architecture firm"

You could reach out to a local university with an architecture program.

For All of my rehabs, i draw out architectural plans for renovations and give to my contractors.
