They are close to hiking and fantastic sightseeing areas like Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Canyon, Pikes Peak and downtown OCC.

If you own 100 SFRs over 10 yrs and want to by a 200 unit garden style apartment, that experience doesn't 100% transfer.

I just spread base rock....ground is hard and if any weeds come up, the gardener just sprays them.  

A sprinkler in the garden was broken and shooting straight up into the attic for at least 4 months mold was on the drywall in a small part of the wall.
