The seem to have a sea plane festival, I'm going to have to look into that.yes they have a fly in every year in Lakeport.. and there are usually some Grummans that make the scene there was a famous tragic Grumman crash back in the day  one of them goofing off kind of like what happened to Roy Holiday and 6 or 8 people perished..

Don't get lured in by a brand name, a franchised location of BK can default just as easily as Ron's Famous BBQ...Get a worthwhile personal guarantee, check past rental history, etc.

Too hard to get loans.Unless it's a commercial property, you are rich or you are famous, I wouldn't.I'm neither, but do have LLCs for my 5+ unit apts.  

And I want to be rich and famous.

Im certain I have misunderstood something....And I also, am not 100% comfortable on the syndication route- just yet.
