I do like to make money and I have no issue with the gurus and mentors profiting massively, but I don’t like the insinuation that there are no people out there that can give beneficial and genuine information and want nothing I return.

Quite frankly, I'm not too concerned with genuine torts.

I think too much welfare (except in the case where a person is genuinely down on their luck) erodes personal responsibility by making it somebody else's problem.

I must be totally oblivious - just never thought I would come across a genuinely mean spirited person.

Function stacking is a term I'm borrowing from the permaculture world where it means one thing can serve multiple purposes.This way while we are visiting the area, learning which neighborhoods we like, don't like, doing research, etc. we are also spending time in a place we genuinely want to spend time in anyway.
