As we started to diversify into that industry, we also saw an uptick in medical due to the aging population, and very recently we are starting to see more entrepreneurs come to the community because of the cost of living but still close proximity to the major markets in the State. 

We are all here to support each other and grow the greater community of real estate investors and entrepreneurs!

The problem is, like many of entrepreneurs/investors I suspect, I don't always know the questions to ask because there are options I'm not even aware exist!

My husband practically said the same thing about the cash flow 😂 then again he’s not the entrepreneur in the family.

Not everyone is made to be a business person or an entrepreneur and that's fine.

To just do the critical tasks as far as marketing, presenting, following up with sellers, networking, etc, and IGNORE THE RESET OF THE REI INFO is not easy.You and I are in the Entrepreneur Training business.
