Your competitor may pay less than you and rank higher than you.

Apparently this is a brand name, there are competitors. 

Very frustrating as I️ now see more signs of another competitor.

Combined, it's a significant force, direct competitor with OPEC.

So I needed to select from one of our competitors. 

I've been sending to this list for 8 years & have had a ton of feedback (& have seen some of my competitors adv).

Once you determine the specific motivation of that particular seller, it should give you an idea of whether timing your offer will improve your chances of getting the deal or whether it's better to just make the offer before a competitor does.

- Are utilities included with your competitors' advertised pricing?
