In the long, long term, it's Chinese, it's national, it's British or Indian or whatnot.

I am an Army Officer with about 5 years experience.

Like you we get 2 to 5 yellow letters pretty much daily.. everyone of them BS .. but it would take an army to chase all these folks down..

The 2MM in debt you put on the building will have an army of tenants paying down your mortgage month after month.

I stared investing while in the Army a few years before retirement. 

@John Powell - I'm a disabled Army vet myself :-) If you have any experience in Electrical, that would be the route I would go if I had to pick another field (electrical contractor).
