@Anjelica Allen I’ve just made the switch from residential multi family, 2-4 units to small commercial multi family, 5-10 units.

I've just been using the estimated rental calculator on the Bigger Pockets website.

I got a house near Quantico and am currently house hacking it building up some money, but I’ve just kept reading into how deals can be put together and really want to make some connections in the area.
