Tyrone Smith Tenants want out of lease for bigger house willing to pay

In MA, even though they have a lease, a judge usually awards no more than 3 months as they assume you should be able to fill it by then.....but that's MA where they love tenants.Another thought I have is if stay, they will either move the the relatives in or start breaking things.....not worth it even if you are right.

Even the mayor gave them an award and stated that with his 28 years in newburgh, he has never seen a group do such a thing.

I even learned to purchase EPLI insurance to protect myself so if I get a large ceivil lawsuit I pay about $6,000 per year for the policy and will have to pay a $25,000  fee to the insurance company if I get hit with a lawsuit, but I won't have to pay an attorney $20,000 every month like for my last civil lawsuit and I won't have to worry about selling my properties to pay for damages awarded by a court.
