Merry Christmas!

My buyer thought it was Christmas, he was so thrilled to hear it. 

Seeing's how December's last Friday of the month is Christmas I am reserving a table for December 18th, at 6PM at the MT Pints again.  

If they do it well thank them and send them a gift card at Christmas time or something.

I'm thinking of buying the bigger Pockets books on investing for Christmas.

Miss managed properties, long term out of state owners who don't ask market rents, poorly market properties, miss comped properties, Christmas deals, etc.  

However I see you and I are in similar perdicaments; in that we live in areas where price points are high making investing challenging if not completely unfeasible.So, I began reaching out to those cousins/uncles/aunts sooner than turkey day and Christmas and had conversations about real estate.

Good Day & Merry Christmas David M.I have mixed feeling related to credit repositories & there benefits to the general public; but not to the banks, lenders or regulators or to credit or service companies that report to them to position themselves to assure collection, even for marginal or defective performance or services.We also have never reported any rent/lease payments to them for fear of starting an expansion of "Control" by either banks (lenders) or government.

How much is an appropriate Christmas bonus (personal, not payroll) for a property manager?
