i would suggest a visit or have someone you know go and do a drive by. 

Markets like this scream creativity! 

It means that visitors of the restroom will not tug the door handle in order to check the availability, they will just see the sign vacant/occupied.

There are some restrictions that prohibit a business that would require extra cars (parking issues) and noise (screaming children).Also, you may want to check with your homeowner's insurance to make sure that you will still be covered for any issues resulting in her running a business out of your house. 

As mentioned above, you're looking for anything that screams "I'm going to run day and night" knowing that some app developers may be trying to hide this setting from you after all.Check your phone's settings as well...Apps and app developers aren't the only culprits.

I wouldn’t necessarily classify this particular area as “rural” since it facilitates housing over 11 million visitors each year.  

Unless you are getting a screaming deal, I would pass and find something with less excitement for your first deal.
