Send a camera down and see what is plugging the line.

I had the line camera-ed at that time and located and the damage was directly under the newly installed patio. 

Manage contractors, get better entry point on deals, know the neighborhoods you are flipping in, pay to setup mobile camera (initial costs up front) will save you so many headaches down the line.

Eventually multiple camera scopes revealed pipe had settle and was bowing down.  

Hi guys,I'm working on a 6 unit apartment building, and would like to purchase a camera based security system.

I bought my first 3Flat property and need advice on security cameras.

Currently for my primary residence I have a Ring system which works well and provides the basic surveillance that I'd like to have for rental properties; perimeter motion lights with cameras to record parking lot and back alley activities, "check in" on the grounds to ensure the landscapers are actually showing up, no one has graffitied the fence, determine false alarms on a vacant property, etc.

Sure, Someone can get in front of a phone or camera and make statements that give people hope…until they try it.

How about shooting a walkthrough video with a good camera.
