Please advise.Thank you A contract for deed should spell out when title is legally transferred if it is to be before the note is fully paid off. sometimes the seller isn’t inclined to perform his duties under the CFD, such as paying his mortgage, not pledging the property for a new loan, transferring legal title as required in the contract, etc.
