Tenant mopped.My only guess on what to try is to repaint- but I would hate to charge them for repainting when it doesn't need it.Any suggestions?

wow that medical insurance is extremely expensive..... i seriously do not know why people is hating their w2 ........ i love my w2 just like real estate flip activity , if i only buy rental i don't feel satisfied enough hence i let go my rental OOS right now....... currentlyy i just dont have patient if i see bad looking house with 1980 flooring in santa clara county also with that wood cabinet.....i felt like i want to change everything and make it more modern. my wife also like to re-paint everything so she keep asking me to keep buying flip so her hobby in painting and landscaping is being channeled in reality.....

This included things like installing transition pieces in the doorway between laminate and wood flooring "because the change in surface texture was a tripping hazard", replacing a concrete slab in the drive (Which the tenants do not use) because there were cracks, scraping and repainting minor cracked/peeling paint in the halls "because it was a health hazard", installing GFI outlets which the other landlord had never been cited for, and a number of other things that clearly had not just developed since the previous inspection.

For example, my first apartment charges a $160 fee upon move-out deducted from security deposit to repaint the apartment for every tenant (it was part of an apartment complex of like 65 units).
