I would send an email to the president of the company or bank manager to simply let them know that they lost an investment partner over a $5000 hold and that you will be sure to tell every real estate investor you know that they are not an investor friendly bank.

I get good answers when they come from the bank president...less so with my point of contact.I will go back to them and let them know the appraisers recommended T3 and see what they come back with.

Just like when other high priced business's are sold they are not blasted all over the place.My local commercial bank that I have been loyal client of since it opened and a stock holder.. they never asked me or told me they were selling LOL.. matter of fact the only two that knew were the president and head credit officer..
