What I think is nice about REI compared to stocks is the catalysts that make a REI a good risk/reward investment are way more tangible than equities.

@Tim Milazzo Thanks for the response,  I definitely want to check out Stacksource when the time comes for financing, as I feel this is the type of innovation the RE industry needs.

I work in the tech industry, and I've seen companies innovate time and time again in one of the most saturated markets.  

First time seeing a child-care hack on here, you're an innovator.  

If you're in a hot market you're going to have to innovate.

I think ideas like that are what fuels innovation in a way that changes how we view our infrastructure.

Yes laws are being passed but Airbnb is actually doing a ton of innovating to keep up with regulations. 

It ranks as a top hub of innovation that has attracted Investors and large companies like Google, Uber, Amazon, Autodesk and others.

I think utilizing surety bonds may be an innovative strategy but one that seems not too common and being a rookie makes me skeptical of this lender as it just seems the process was easier than I anticipated.      

I really think we have an opportunity to be innovators in marketing.
