What was not clear is whether this could be done during the year or only at the end of the lease (either the end of the contract or if the lease was terminated early for non-performance.)We know in all likelihood this 1 tenant, of the 3, will be a problem but as Joel implies, it is a very good deal for us, even with the tenant issue.
