Fast forward to today, the condos were never updated and fixed..a few of the buildings burned down, the quality of tenants that it attracts is just awful and now the seller desperately wants to sell but can't since they need 70% of the tenants' vote to sell the property off....I dont know anyone who wants to touch that place with a 10 foot pole.

There were diagonal cracks throughout most of the walls in each room, and in the basement one of the exterior walls had like a 1-1 1/2 foot crack in the block starting at the floor and there was a small ammount of water running from that to the middle of the room.

@Andrew Scott, In my much younger days I did a ton of these but I wouldn't touch anything structured the way the gurus and coaches 'teach' today with a 10 foot pole.
