I'm sorry I had to delete some things that I was going to type so I just hope that someone in FL here on BP  that's experienced as an agent, real estate investor or businessperson with a good heart and strong mind can come along get you re-aligned and focused to where you find out what you really want to do because I don't believe your goal is to be in the business of real estate.

I just have a Question, When you put up a post in the Market Place, Once its up are you able to Edit it or delete it. and if so How?

Make sure you make the post in the Marketplace, otherwise requests for partnerships in the regular forms often get deleted.

Not sure how to delete.

I agree that if you can't post your picture and give people information telling them what you are interested in, your experience and how you can help others or how BP can help you...hiding is worthless and should be banned/deleted!

I didn't occur to me that Seller Financing Joe of the Epic Cap Rates (and associates) is getting deleted or shut down.
