Luckily the city is revitalizing a community and cultural center so I am expecting the values of my properties to go up. 

There are some cultures that run cash for everything. 

In eastern culture, most businesses are conducted with large amount of alcohol.

The group culture is great---we team up on deals together and it's very much a family-like vibe.

Formal education is not stressed by those most visible in the BiggerPockets culture.

I'm not judging them for not having dental insurance, I'm just saying if you are from San Francisco you will have huge culture shock just driving 4 - 6 hours north.When I was in Crescent City, that was during the 2016 election and there were literally huge altars to Trump, too - giant wooden structures with huge decorated Trump signs/banners, etc.
