The lending sources that will lend to LLcs  will be more likely to  provide a " purchase loan "  to a LLC  as  compared to doing a  cash out  refinance to a LLC . 

Compare that to a deal with negative cash flow with no guarantee that you will make money from appreciation.

Compare that to 5% in a CD and you can see why people buy in hopes of market appreciation. 

Hi Carlos, they had a webinar 2 days ago, the youtube below, they put in a table of other comparable Apartment complexes even with a map, showing the proximity as well.

This would allow you to retain the benefits of a partnership while potentially offering more flexibility in financing options compared to an LLC.
