I always try to find a "silver lining" to every cloud that appears - this was a big cloud! 

I don't think there's much one can do to change that mindset, but allowing emotions to cloud judgement and engaging in less than professional correspondences will only perpetuate the myth of the "greedy, evil, rich landlord".

Any junior liens would cloud title and taking a DIL would mean loss of priority and power of foreclosure to clear those junior interests.  

But, I'm concerned about that much work, which means that much risk and money I need to find, may be being clouded by the idea of convenience.So, my question is: Does anyone here have benchmarks or flags when they say, "I'm to going to much on emotion and making to many trade offs."?

I've been testing Cozy and Tenant Cloud.

If so... the mix of people needed would be different than if it is going to run the cloud computing portion.

In Seattle the cloud coverage is constant with exception of maybe 30 days out of the year.

Some cost money.Screening Tenants:  There are a lot of companies that offer free screening reports for landlords: Burbz, Cozy, Avail, Tenant Cloud, Turbo Tenant, etc. 

I actually spent a lot of time looking into it and the best I found was an interactive map for st cloud that was very hard to use.

Don't chase rent.
