I have decided when I begun my adventure that I want to focus on buying and holding multifamily properties.I've been looking at the possibilities in Ireland and so far they don't look great.

Currently, I have made my way through most of the BiggerPockets podcasts, I have read the Ultimate Beginner’s Guide and relevant links, and I have begun networking by joining a mastermind group, several members of which are involved in Real Estate Investing in the Denver area.

They haven't begun enforcement, but over the past 12 months I have had to move my three vacation rentals into traditional long term rentals.

After deciding to desire to invest in real estate, my opinion has begun to differ.I know many people would argue that running a real estate investment company or having 100 units to manage is not true "Freedom" however I believe this is a case by case situation.

However, the seller is probably nervous disturbing the existing tenants until you have a completed, signed contract and the due diligence period has begun.
