The silver lining is that as I was searching Google looking for real estate software similar to the majic Property Farm (which I never got to use so it may be really good) I stumbled onto guess where.....Bigger Pockets .Com which maybe was worth $1750 so I'm thankful to Success Path for that !!!

Hi, My wife and I are building a small (1400sq') SFH in the Eagle Rock area of Los Angeles and are looking for a GC to complete the project.

I reside in Eagle Pass, Tx, which is two and a half hours south of San Antonio.

Also I'm fascinated with the gold/silver/rare coin business.

The entire system right now is on shakey ground as gold and silver keep ramping upward as they print to pay off the debt they cant afford.

C) If there is anything that anyone can do to intervene in the process, buy at a discount, and sell to my end user buyer at profit.Basically, I want to hand this deal on a silver platter to whomever can navigate the nether regions of asset managers and get this thing liquidated.
