Retired Army Officer, Bank Examiner, Commissioner of a large PHA, Board of Directors of community non-profits, Real Estate Broker.

(I was stationed there while in the army a few years back) They have been expanding the city to absorb it since 2010/2011.

I  always see Wharton being at the top of finance, real estate, etc. in posts and I read that to get in to Wharton you obviously need great grades (which I have) and something like great diversity or something and write a compelling essay on why you should be at Wharton(it's obviously harder than I made it sound), after Highs school I plan on enlisting in the Army for about 6 years, I'm an eagle scout and I am related to a founding father, other than that I dont have much more to put for the "Diversity/Culture section" Back to degrees the reason I don't want to get just a real estate degree is I would like something to fall back on in financing or something similar to real estate developing if the risk in real estate gets too high for me.

And do you just Refinance the 5 or 7 year ARM into a 15 or 30 year conventional come the time that  the 5 or 7 year ARM is up ?

My parents just bought a 2 bed 2 bath intercoastal condo directly across the street from the Gulf in Indian Shores Florida for $240k to use as an income generating property.

Huntsville is huge beneficiary of the money.Also,  FBI Headquarters moving there which is 4100 jobs.Also, they are slated to receive $54Billion in funding money for Army Defense for Huntsville as part of Trumps Army Build up program.Huntsville appreciated over 6% this last year, which is a lot for a cashflow market. 

I'm leaving the active duty Army next year after serving four years as an armor officer.

Just do your permitting as you can get in big trouble with the State regulators and the US Army Corps of Engineers too.
