No clearances, there is nothing wrong with this installation. the 3' you may be referring to is for Exhaust pipes of gas fire appliances, not the gas meter ( which the meter and piping are all sealed). there is an electrical code of 30" work space clearance in front of an electrical panel, but the meter does not interfere with that. just make sure the panel box is a sealed box and rated for outdoors.

If you are a remote worker- decide if you need a second "workspace" type bedroom or office to succeed.

What if I were to lease it out as say...an office or work space?

Are you using one workspace for all of your sales people or multiple workspaces?    

So an art would use it as a workspace but wouldn't actually live there?  

KC also has some opportunity areas I can leverage for longer stays (i.e. multiple hospitals for traveling healthcare), but I'm not sure how to go about exploiting them from a marketing standpoint, other than in my actual listing (i.e. highlighting a dedicated workspace). 

I'm even contemplating a live/work space as an option as well.

His tutorial is more of a free guide on setting up a direct mail campaign work space on podio and integrating it with globiflow.

@Bill Carovano   Do I have to make a fresh Contacts App for each Workspace or can I move the same one around to each Workspace or cross-reference between apps?
