Emotional Purchases: Base your decisions on facts, not just emotions.

On the other hand, BRRRRs will cash flow slightly.I personally think that the farm purchase is more of an emotional decision for me and I am leaning towards not going forward so I can invest in BRRRRs which helps me achieve my goals more quickly.

Instead of explaining that they haven't planned the work out to that level of detail yet and getting back to you with answers they don't want to admit they can't answer on the spot and respond with frustration because they don't know how to handle the situation and are emotionally immature.

I would not rely on the alimony unless the X is talked and supplies you with his expectations.I would try to treat this as a business decision that can be emotional.  

They are emotional-based transactions, NOT investor numbers-based.Result, +95% of agents bring investors worthless lists of properties.Trying to find the -5% of agents that know how to work with investors has these challenges:1) Finding them2) Vetting them3) Getting them to do business with you!

Some of its emotional and they feel real cool and successful being in Class AB communities with decent tenants.

I listen to the podcast every day and I have read all of the BiggerPockets and I also bought a duplex that I am house hacking as my first house (it’s not a very good deal because I realized after that I bought with emotion mostly) but I was just like some advice on how to start my foundation so that I can start my farm area and start to analyzing
